Our JANBY Tags are an important element to quickly identify any product and its information.
JANBY Tags are small plastic pieces that are made up of a color and a number. There are 8 colors, ranging from number 1 to 99, and these are used to identify food portions once they are in the water tank, oven, or other machine.
Each user can decide how to organize their recipes, for example, those containing fish could go under the blue color, those containing meat in red, etc.
To activate the desired program on the JANBY Track, we take a tag and place it near the bottom of the tablet. Our preferred recipe of the scanned color will automatically appear and will be applied. It is also possible to change the recipe manually.
Now it is necessary to attach the tag to the portion and insert it into the bath. The SmartVide will help you with a symbol indicating which bath the portion should be inserted into. This function is especially relevant if you work with more than one water tank at the same time at different temperatures.
JANBY Track is responsible for controlling the process of each Tag and sends a notification when the food is ready. On the tablet screen we can see each Tag identified with its color and number, making it very easy to find the correct bag when it is ready to be served.
Once the process is complete, we take the bag out of the bathroom and scan the JANBY Tag again on the bottom of the tablet. The tablet will verify that the scanned Tag is actually one of those that were ready to be served and in that case the operator already has the food ready to be plated and served.
