Tablet does not turn on
Our tablet has a battery life of around 1 hour. However, we strongly recommend that you always keep it connected to a power outlet using the cable provided in our box.
Chargers other than the one provided by Janby, although they may appear to be charging, do not provide enough power to the tablet to maintain the charge.
If the tablet runs out of battery, it will not turn on and will need to be kept off and charged for about 15-20 minutes before it allows to be turned on. When plugin the charger, the screen will light up and when the battery reaches 1% charge, the display will show that amount, and the battery can then be turned back on.

Tablet when turned on shows a recovery menu
If the volume buttons are pressed during power-on or remain pressed, the tablet may enter unintended operating modes.
To exit this menu, you need to press the top volume buttons to move up and down in the options, reach the Reboot system option and hit the top power button in the tablet to select the Reboot system option.

Tablet shows a green/blue screen
If the volume buttons are pressed during power-on or remain pressed, the tablet may enter unintended operating modes.
To exit from this blue screen, hold pressed the top power button (the one that is orange and single), together with the top volume down button (right button of the double orange button) for more than 7 seconds. This should restart the tablet in normal mode.

I lost/broke the charger provided by Janby
Our tablet is equipped with multiple sensors that require significant power to operate effectively. Therefore, it is essential to use the provided charger to ensure proper charging of the battery. If you have misplaced the original charger and attempt to use a standard USB-C charger, you will likely find that it does not supply sufficient power to charge the tablet's battery.
